The Division with Jurisdiction over Intellectual Property is the functional entity that resolves appeals in proceedings followed in the Indecopi Offices of Distinctive Signs, Inventions and New Technologies (DIN) and Copyright.

It is made up of five members and its faculties include establishing precedents of mandatory compliance, through rulings/resolutions that it issues in specific cases.
